You can see the Jagaddal Mahavihari in Dhamirhat upazila of Naogaon district. The historic site is about 105 meters in length and about 85 meters in width. Due to digging of the site, the house of 11 Buddhist monks has been discovered. Cells are built in a square. Rampal, king of Pala dynasty, built this monastery during his reign. Accordingly, the monastery was built between 1077 and 1120. A tower was found on the southwest of Bihar. It was assumed that it was the observation tower. Archaeological remains of stone statues, terracotta plaques, ornamented bricks, pottery, stone pots etc. have been found from the monastery.
